Our client, a national IP boutique firm, seeks an Of Counsel or Associate with at least six (6) years of experience in trademark and copyright counseling, prosecution, and litigation (including litigation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board), domain name disputes (both in court and ICANN proceedings), licensing, global brand enforcement, and false advertising.  In addition to the requisite experience, the ideal candidate will have top academic credentials and a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school; superb oral and written communication skills; and will be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
