Our client, a national law firm, is looking for a Data Privacy Associate with 2-5 years of data privacy and cybersecurity, compliance and/or litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience providing legal advice and counsel experience in data breach incidents and reporting; employee and consumer privacy laws and regulations (state, federal, and/or international); and legislative advocacy. (Experience in data privacy litigation and regulatory investigations is preferred, but not required.)
• The IAPP's Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) designation in at least one category.
• Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
• A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and a membership in the Georgia Bar with good standing.
