IP Associate (Patent Prosecution: Product Design & User Interface)
Description
Our client, the Atlanta office of a national law firm, has an opening for an associate with 3+ years of experience for their Product Design and User Interface Patent Prosecution Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have either relevant legal or industry experience, as well as a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or physics. Experience with software-related technology and substantial experience with design patents are a plus.
You must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing. For consideration, please submit your resume and law school transcript.
