Our client nationally recognized health law practice is seeking a healthcare regulatory associate with 4-7 years of experience advising healthcare providers on regulatory, reimbursement, and transactional matters. The candidate should have a working knowledge of fraud and abuse laws, including the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute. Experience with HIPAA, telemedicine, alternative payment arrangements, and other federal and state laws that govern the healthcare industry is a plus. The candidate must have strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
