Our client, a major airline company, is seeking a Privacy Contracts Manager for their IP team working at their Atlanta HQ. You should have 5 + years of privacy contracts experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, with in-house legal department experience preferred. This role will manage contract flow between the Privacy Team, Commercial Transactions Team, Supply Chain Management, Information Security and our client’s business partners across all divisions; review and advise regarding data processing addendums (DPAs) and privacy-related contract provisions; maintain the company's data processing addendum form and other standard contract templates; and support cross-functional operations projects. This position is in-person only, with some flexibility on work schedules. International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) certification is a plus but not required.
