We have years of legal recruiting experience, and we have placed attorneys all throughout law firms and corporate in-house legal departments in the Atlanta area. Our success is due to us being an attorney-led recruiting agency. We thoroughly understand your industry because we have first-hand experience in it.
Our legal search and staffing firm always considers our candidates’ best interests. We care about your career, and we want to make sure that we have delivered on our promise by staying in touch even after you have been successfully placed in a law firm or corporate in-house department.
Atlanta is home to approximately 20 Fortune 500 companies and approximately 13 Fortune 1000 companies. These companies include The Home Depot, UPS, Delta Airlines, SunTrust, The Coca-Cola Company, Aflac Inc. and Carter’s, to name a few. Many of our clients work directly with these companies. For a more detailed list, please visit the Metro Atlanta Chamber website.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the hourly mean wage for lawyers in the Atlanta area is $66.05 per hour, or $137,390.00 annually. These numbers are not the bottom line, as some of our firms do pay market value salaries depending on where they are headquartered. For example, if a firm is headquartered in New York, it is very possible that they pay their lawyers who are located in Atlanta salaries that are based on New York’s cost of living. Keep in mind that this is just the mean salary, which is at the center of earnings. This does not factor in bonus pay and is based on 40 hour work weeks which is very rare in the attorney world.
In conjunction with salary, we must also talk about the cost of living in Atlanta in comparison to larger cities. The cost of living in Atlanta is far less expensive than in much larger cities, such as Los Angeles. According to CNN Money, housing in Atlanta is 53% less than it is in a city like Los Angeles, CA and 78% less than the housing in New York (Manhattan), NY. If you would like to compare the cost of living in your city to the cost of living in Atlanta, you can do so by comparing it using the CNN Money Cost of Living Calculator.
"I highly recommend the RMN Agency! Raj and his team are very knowledgeable regarding the Atlanta legal market and provided me with important insights into each particular position. Because of the RMN Agency, I was able to make an educated determination as to whether a particular firm would be a good fit for me and whether my future colleagues were the type of people who would help me achieve my goals.
Raj knows about practically every Big Law partner in town and all the hottest practice areas. RMN's wealth of knowledge regarding the legal market, movers-and-shakers, and practice groups allowed them to give me effective interviewing advice and accurately describe the culture at each firm I was considering. Raj helped place me in a new position in less than one month from the first day I called him!
I tell all my friends to work with the RMN Agency."

"I have worked with the RMN agency on two different moves as a lateral. Mr. Nichani's contacts with the legal community are wide reaching allowing him to provide great opportunities for his clients. As a lawyer who has been practicing for 17 years, I was very impressed with the quality of service and expertise of the legal industry. I would highly recommend RMN for your next search whether it is in house or private practice."
