With the growing number of women entering the legal profession, it is good to see that law firms are taking steps to ensure their women employees are given the same career opportunities as men. Furthermore, it is good they are taking the initiative to ensure both working and expecting mothers are given flexible work hours and secure maternity leave to make sure their families stay happy and healthy.
